Hey, welcome to my web page. My name is Adam Standing tree Schively.
I am a resident of Arizona, born in Phoenix and raised in Flagstaff.
I attended Northern Arizona University there and graduated with a
Bachelor of Sciences in Geology with an emphasis in Paleontology.
That's the study of dinosaurs. I'm crazy for dinosaurs.

My interests do not only lie there, however. Growing up, people
thought I'd be a lot of things, least of all a paleontologist.
I grew up with a father who is a professional southwest artist. Art
is in my genes, so naturally I took to it like a duck to water.
I draw and sketch from the realistic to cartooning. Then, when the
computer age jumped up and grabbed the general public, I turned to
graphical programs and continue my creative pursuits to this day.
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator have become as familiar as, well,
you fit an analogy here that pertains to knowing something well.

People also thought I'd be a writer. I write fiction, mostly, usually on the
humorous or fantastic side. I was the Humor Columnist for my local
college publication for a while. I'd like to be published, but I never
took my writing seriously-- I still don't. People say I write well,
so I'll take there word for it. I write like I talk. People also thought
I'd be an axe murderer, but that's just because I give people the wrong
impressions. I've never mudered anyone. With an axe, at least. Uh, I'll leave
this topic alone.
