He was the Founder, and because of him came The Brotherhood.

The Founder has founded a group of genetic elite, all inhabitants of the earth are compared to the perfect woman, his daughter Angelina, and rated on a genetic scale. Founder's city is ringed with slums and the genetic dregs. Pollution is pumped into the skies, threatening what nature there is left everywhere. The Founder rules the world and there is rumors of a cataclysmic event about to take place.
And deep within the slums of Founder's City, a one-handed man named RedCloak awakes with an urge to travel north...
